The MCY 105, Monte Carlo Yachts’ 32 meter flagship, has been awarded with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Yacht & Marine Vessels Design category. The yacht design made by Nuvolari Lenard studio won the category amongst thousands of submissions.
“With Monte Carlo Yachts we always strive for maximum space and comfort on board, but we also never forget we’re not building a villa, but a boat,” say Carlo Nuvolari and Dan Lenard, Designers. “The MCY 105 is the largest in the MCY collection up to date. Elegant and instantly recognizable, it features the imposing bulwarks and high bow that award that naval allure so distinctive of the timeless MCY style. Additionally, the boatyard’s distinctive trait of creating spaces only available on megayacht class boats is particularly evident here.”
The Golden A' Design Award is a prestigious award given to top 3% percentile designs that exhibits an exemplary level of perfection in design. Entries to the A' Yacht Design Awards are peer reviewed and anonymously judged by a grand expert jury panel of leading academics, influential press members and experienced professionals. Nominated yacht designs are voted on predetermined evaluation criteria to highlight only the best yacht design works.
The Golden A' Design Award follows the company’s new flagship MCY 105 Most Innovative Award in its category at the Invictus Yachts Trophies in Cannes. It is the 17th award overall for Monte Carlo Yachts’ fleet, including the recent “Personality of the Year” to President Carla Demaria in at the 12th edition of the Asia Boating Awards.
